REFUND POLICY

Things You Need to Know

We know you’ll love our products as much as we do. 

Our customers’ feedback and suggestions on how we can improve are important to us. On the off chance you have a problem or a concern with a product you have purchased from us, we would love to hear from you - please contact us directly at magneticlashesaustralia@outlook.com 

As per Australian Consumer Law, we do offer an exchange or refund for faulty or defective goods.

Further to this we offer a 100% money back guarantee when products are returned in saleable condition, unused and with their packaging, less the cost of postage.


Problem with your purchase?

Please email us immediately at magneticlashesaustralia@outlook.com so Magnetic Lashes Australia’s customer service team can assist you in processing your return.

If you do wish to return your product, that’s not a problem – we accept returns for 30 days after the purchase of your product but after this period we will be unable to process a refund or exchange. We highly recommend therefore that you contact us at the above email address ASAP to begin the process of a return.

You will need to meet the following conditions for a return:

1. Please retain original receipt or proof of purchase for your return to be processed.

2. Your item must be in unused condition, and as it was received.

3. It must be returned in its original packaging.

4. Returns will not be processed if more than 30 days has lapsed since purchase.

We are grateful for the opportunity to resolve any issues you may have with product dissatisfaction.


Exchanging a product:

We will replace only defective or damaged items – to exchange item, please email us at magneticlashesaustralia@outlook.com to begin the process.


Sales items:

Discounted Sales and clearance items do not qualify for our refund policy unfortunately. Please be aware of this to avoid disappointment.


Settling your refund:

Once we are in receipt of your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm this – we will then notify you whether your returns request has been approved or denied after the item has been inspected.

If your refund is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to either your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of shipping with be deducted from the refunded monies.


Haven’t received your refund yet?

Please check your bank account for your refund – if there is no amount pending, please contact your financial institution for guidance on timeframes for return of funds. Sometimes it may take some time for your refund to be processed due to bank processing procedures and timeframes.

If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at magneticlashesaustralia@outlook.com, and we’d be only too pleased to help. 


Return shipping:

Shipping costs incurred for returned items are incurred by the customer.

Should you be returning items valued over $75, we highly recommend using a postage service that is able to be tracked, or alternatively to insure the items for shipping. This way things are less likely to go wrong.

The original purchase price of your item includes shipping, so any amount refunded to you will be less this portion to cover postage costs. Any and all costs of returning items to us will be covered by the customer.

If a product is being exchanged, then we will send the replacement product to you.
